Microstore has been supporting the IT team since 2024, with the mission of optimally handling user requests and incidents.
“Since July 2024, the BME group has entrusted us with IT support for all its employees, both adminstrative and in-store. We manage all level 1 and level 2 requests, as well as level 1 support on their AS 400. Three people are dedicated to this task, with hours ranging from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. All phone calls are tracked and logged.”
